Trauma-Healing Coaching Yoga

Mixture of yoga, breath work and coaching.

Blends the best of mind-body awareness and yoga to help you heal, grow and thrive. These sessions are 1-on-1 and individualized to you, based on where you are now, what you’re reconciling from your past, and where you hope to go in your future. Working from a personalized intention for each session, we combine movement and breathing with verbal processing to create a state of embodiment and presence.

My teaching is a thoughtful blend of styles, shaped by years of dedicated practice and study. Whether flowing or still, each class is guided with quiet intention and precision. Rooted in classical lineages—including Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yin—my approach remains simple at its core: breath and movement, in their purest form.

There is no competition, no levels—just space to arrive as you are. This is a practice designed to be accessible, expansive, and deeply personal. All that’s asked is that you show up.
