What I Do

Help plan and organize your life. Provide consistent accountability and encouragement to complete what you have been procrastinating on.

I specialize in coaching people who have a strong desire to finally get on track with their life in the areas of money, time management, relationships, career and self-esteem. I work with all walks of life, ages, demographics, orientation; as long as you have a willingness to grow.

My goal as a coach is to work closely with you so that you can make adjustments in the way you think and act that will result in you having a plan in place each day of the week so you can live the life you want. I believe you can have it all and you can do it all with the proper coaching and mindset.

Throughout my coaching program you will:

  • Create Space and permission to put yourself first.
  • Unblock your mind from what is holding you back and realize what is possible for you to achieve. Stop accepting what is.
  • Learn how to do higher quality of work with less time and effort.
  • Feel clearer about your paths, goals and your values.
  • Find more confidence, energy, calm, meaning and joy.
  • Learn powerful techniques that will give you the confidence to find your voice and speak up for yourself.
  • Receive dynamic tools that will move you past your hurdles so you can be successful in all areas of your life.
  • Develop skills that will allow you to step into unprecedented levels of self-trust, self-respect and self-care; stand on your own two feet and pursue a life that is authentically yours. 
  • Evolve to be the best version of you.

For a little self-coaching; try the below:

1. Divide your life into four separate parts: Work/Health/Play/Love.
a. Work: Anything you “do”; whether it be paid or volunteering.
b. Health: Mind (mental health), body (physical) and spirit (emotional).
c. Play: Things you do that brings you joy. Be mindful when play is competition or to advance and achieve; it can be joyful but play is what brings you joy purely in the just doing.
d. Love: Comes in a wide range of ways; family, friends, life partner, colleagues, pets; what gives you connection.

2. Write a sentence or two of how it is going in each of these areas.

3. Rate each from a scale of 0-10 (0 being empty and 10 being full)

4. Ask yourself if there is anything you want to tackle or improve on in these areas

5. Now ask yourself are these “gravity” problems? What is a gravity problem? Like gravity, gravity problems are problems you cannot change. If it is not actionable; it is not a problem. We just need to find a way to work around it.
